We are both females and are 2nd year commerce student studying down the road at Pipitea. This place would be ideal for a similar student studying close by or for a young person working in the CBD. We were prefer someone young (18-22), tidy, easy going and fun.

Toilet is separate One bedroom available in a tidy 4 bedroom house in Grant road, sharing with 3 professionals. 2 guys, 23yo, 1 gal. We all work 8:30-5ish. We pay rent plus $45 per week into the flat account and that covers EVERYTHING!!! - includes power/gas, phone, excellent high speed wireless internet & Food!!! We cook 1 night a week each and do a shop every 2&1/2weeks or so. The cooking setup is gr8 it means you only have to cook one night during the week and the other 3days you get a meal cooked for you. everyone does their own thing Friday to Sunday :) The room is a single; it can fit a single bed, drawers, wardrobe & desk quite nicely. It could fit a double or queen bed but then prob wouldn't fit the desk as well. The house itself is big - plenty of room and storage, we also have a garage which is used by another flat mate at present, and we keep the bikes and stuff in there too. We have a decent TV and dvd in the lounge. The kitchen is large and well designed with a pantry and dishwasher! The bathroom is standard, never run out of hot water for the shower. If you like the outdoors then location is excellent, the town belt is just across the road! Great mountain biking, and walks/runs with great views over the city and harbor. I put up a pic of the dance party we had on the weekend but it didn't really come out cos of the smoke machine lol! The bond is 3weeks rent in advance. no pets, no smokers. Our ideal flatmate would be: male or female, GSOH, non-vegetarian, sociable, professional. And fun! No pets or smokers.

We are currently on a round the world trip and are working in Auckland to save some more funds, I will be working as a teacher and Peter (29) will be working as an Engineer. We need to be close to the center as we dont have a car. We are both very sporty and enjoy socialising with friends!
