Preferred room and flatmate description

Looking for a room to rent for 6 months with internet close to the beach if possible but not important. Must have washing machine and be furnished please. I'm a panel beater to trade starting work this week so if your a rubbish driver i'm the housemate you need;) I'm laid back, smoke but not a lot and always outside, drink some weekends and enjoy the odd spliff but i'm not a lazy stoner i'm here to save some money so nothing to mad anymore but the odd whiskey at the wknd is nice. I'm mad into my music and enjoy a good book so i'm happy enough when i've my headphones on and a book open most nights during the week. My cooking skills are not the best but enough to get me by and I always wash up and wipe away any mess or if someone wants to cook i'll happily wash up. If there's anything else please give me a ring after 5pm. cheers
