To rent are two unfurnished bedrooms beside a bathroom in the newly redecorated upper level of a quiet, clean, and tidy 15 year old townhouse. Downstairs, the third bedroom adjoining a second bathroom is occupied by a 45 year old male (me!) and is connected to the open plan kitchen, dinning room, and lounge by a hall. Recently landscaped, private, back garden is great for relaxing in the sun. Wireless Internet connectivity is available on request; similarly, furniture can also be provided. The University of Canterbury is a casual 20-25 minute walk away while the city centre is 20 minutes by car, longer by bus! A small shopping mall is a 10 minute walk away.
