We have a smallish room in a pleasant house with a great yard. We are 3 people looking for a 4th person who shares a desire for a balance of independent living and interaction. The room has a built in closet and looks out over the garden. There is only one bathroom and the kitchen is pretty basic. Looking for someone who likes dogs-- there is a small friendly one living here-- and has a green awareness. We have wireless broadband but no offstreet parking. The neighbourhood is nice and close to Newtown shops and buses.
