Preferred room and flatmate description

We have a fully furnished room available in our house. You would be sharing with two professional females and a cat. The room comes complete with linen if you need it. We have two bathrooms, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other. We have Sky TV and wireless broadband, and pretty much every mod con you could want, except for a dishwasher.

We are easygoing and sociable, and even though we work different hours we always try to get together at least once a week for a meal and a few drinks.

We are close to transport links into Wellington city - about 100 metres to the bus stop, or 10 minutes to the nearest train station. We are approximately 15 minutes drive from the city centre, and close enough so that a taxi fare home after a night out isn't too prohibitive.

Rent is $150 a week, which covers your room, Sky TV , landline telephone and broadband internet. In addition to that you would have to pay a third of the electricity bill, plus whatever it costs to feed yourself.
