Looking for a fantastic flattie to come join my household....
I am a 27year old English female currently studying undergraduate degree in English and Psychology at Massey University, Albany. My friends describe me as: fun, outgoing, sociable, easy to relate to, caring, honest, approachable, adventourous, a party-chick, a try to be sporty person, and so on.....
But hopefully you get the gist of the type of person I am: an all rounder who likes to give things a go.
Although laughter and fun is the core of my life I also like to have time out to myself and quiet time to blob infront of a movie. In the winter I like to go snowboarding and in the summer I like to bake in the sun. I love my family time too and time out with my boyfriend (24yr old kiwi guy) and with friends.
The ideal person would be someone around our age (in their twenties 20-29yrs, give or take), although anyone can feel or be as young as they want to be (trust me at times I feel like Im 27 going on 18 again haha). Someone who is honest, tidy, respectful and pays their rent and expenses on time.
Above all the ideal flattie would have to love animals and children. I have 1 labrador doggie named Buddy, he is just adorable and lurvvvvvs attention. Though once you get to know him he is tame and quiet. I also have a 9year old boy, although mature for his age he will always be my baby. He goes to his dads every Thursday and every 2nd weekend. He is sooooo into his sports such as cricket and soccer. He is sensible, polite and friendly.
The room I have available is fully furnished double room although can be unfurnsihed on request. $130 is for single person (+ expenses), otherwise $200 per week per couple (+ expenses).... I am in Browns Bay, close to all local amenities and on the bus route for Aucklands CBD, Albany mall's and the beach (alhtough the beach is only a 10min walk).
