Preferred room and flatmate description
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, warm, friendly, easy going and trustworthy flatmate. Our home is on a large, fully fenced private section. It is located in a safe, quiet, family oriented area, close to schools, shops and parks. There are numerous gardens, and two large lawn areas. We have a deck, with BBQ and outdoor dining, which gets all day sun. Single garage, with space for one car in the driveway. The room on offer is large with plenty of wardrobe and floor space, and has a large window which opens at either end. There is a double bed available for use (optional). Rent includes power. And there are the options of phone/internet use for $10 p/w (extra), and food/cooking for $20 p/w (extra).
