Preferred room and flatmate description

Heya! We are pretty cruisy couple, this is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We are looking for 2 singles or a couple (preferrably) to have the 2 downstairs rooms and bathroom. One of the rooms is HUGE and has a ranch slider going out to your own little grass section (all maintianed).The smaller room has the wardrobe which is good for storage as its big under the stairs. Our bedroom and living areas are upstairs where there is a beauty deck off the lounge.

We have a friendly cat and a cat door, We welcome another cat but sorry no dogs. There is one off street park available. This property is one of four, from the road it doesnt look that hot but were down the drive and attached only to one other house which is seperated by 2 garages so you dont even know they are there.

We like to have a few beers or wines in the weekend and spend heaps a time chilling and surfing at the beach. Please contact me if you want to come check it out!
