Large sunny deck and private backyard with large bbq, Great for entertaining. Open plan kitchen, bar and dining and a cosy lounge with a wood fire place.
House is fully furnished, just bring stuff for your bedrooms!
1 double bedroom for rent, unfurnished. rent is $230 per week each plus expenses.
Current Flatmates are two chilled out couples, we like having a few drinks and friends over on the weekends, are pretty social and outgoing. Also a fat cat who turned up and won't leave.
