Preferred room and flatmate description
1 room available in a house to share with 3 others. The house is off Te Awe Awe street, so is close as to Massey and the river and a sweet 5 minute drive to town, or even in walking distance if that suited you.
Flatties are 2 girls ages 21/22 and a 28yo guy, all professionals. One of the girls and a guy are a couple. There's also two cruzy and funny cats here.
Smokers would be ok i think if they smoked outside. Flatties like the odd drink and night out but not all the time.
$80 is just rent, total weekly price is $140 and includes all food, gas, electricity, rubbish collection and broadband. The flatties try to do flat cooking but this could be negotiable.
