Flatmate or boarder is sought to share with one other, dog and cat. A relaxing and fun place to be if you are after good food, great coffee, chats, laughs, space to do your thing, lovely views and a peaceful friendly neighbourhood close to the beach. Smoking outside is ok , light drinking .Spacious with two lounges, one off kitchen with french doors, one large with views. Bedroom is large double with morning sun and large built in wardrobe.
