A room in a large sunny clean house run as a flat close to the city & university,Very close to all amenities such as banks, supermarket,shops, pool, gym, all 5 mins walk away and major bus routes.We cater for medium to long stays ( minimum stay must be until Febuary )for internationals who are either studying or working.We have both single and double fully furnished rooms some with ensuite, deck or rooms with attached conservatory.Linen included. Coming up on 23rd November we have a large room fully furnished including Queen size bed and linen,couch,chest of drawers,mandrobe and fridge. This room for a single person is $195 per week or for a couple it is $235.Rent includes expences for SKY, Electricity,Gas,Water and telephone and gardner...House if fully furnished,spacious with living room, dining room, each with a TV, also wireless internet & Sky TV, DVD, computer,BBQ etc... Very comfortable,clean and tidy. Large well stocked kitchen,plus generous garden. Enjoyable, outgoing,friendly people from ,Sweden,Germany,Netherlands, Ireland,Wales, Canada, France etc...
