Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a peaceful person and hope that you are too. Not too may parties. Maybe one party per month or less. No drugs but maybe a glass or two of wine at the most once a week. I appreciate respectful flatmates, pets and friends. I am a light sleeper so quiet at night is important for me. I am not the cleanest. I am about average on the cleanliness scale. I hope to be friends with flatmates but it’s not essential. I would like no more than 2 other roommates I will be coming from the US so I will not have furniture. I hope you have the basics for me to use. Arriving first week of November. I found a job in Richmond so I will need to stay close by especially since I do not have a car yet.
