I am presently completing a renovation of my lovely central city villa. I am looking for that friendly responsible someone to share my home. I have a very busy professional life as a residential building project manager working all over Taranaki - one of those jobs where you actually get paid to do what you love. I keep a comfortable tidy home and would appreciate someone who will value nice things. I am very outgoing, funny, intelligent , a great cook and happy. I have lots of friends and family, two teenage sons who live in Christchurch with their Dad. I live less than 2mins from the coastal walkway, you can hear the sea crashing from yor bed! Walk into town in 7 minutes, bus within 2mins. I have a minature schanuzer who is a cool little guy and a great watch dog.
