This a warm, tidy flat. We want a mature student that is tidy, fun, and respectful of others.

Rent is $120 p/w. First week free on payment of four weeks deposit. Rent includes heating, electricity and broadband (dryer is pay per use).

Couples rent is extra $50

All other expenses would cover flat cooking and over use of electricity and internet.

This is a periodic rental and may be ended by either party giving six weeks notice in writing.
