Preferred room and flatmate description

The cottage is situated in a very private setting in a 2 hectare block of native bush and gardens yet is still close to town. 5 mins by car. 20 minutes walk to university area through the botanic gardens.

I'm a very easy going, quiet professional. I love to be in my garden, although it is always one step ahead of me. I enjoy a bit of DIY. I work at the Polytechnic as Team Leader for the Information Systems and Development unit of the ISS department.

The cottage is situated across the drive from my own home, down a private drive, away from the street. Has Fridge/Freezer, Oven and Washing Machine and a night store heater. Not furnished, however may be able to supply some furniture if required. It is open plan with rooms off the main living area ie, kitchen, bathroom and 2 small bedrooms.

I'm looking to rent the cottage at $150 per week to professional persons/s or senior students.

No bond required for the right person. Unfortunately cottage does not get Sky reception.
